Having a caring personality and a deep passion for music production, makes the job of music producer, a first nature engagement for Everoll George Rose, the owner of Everoll Rose Production (ERP), a company with its roots in Kingston Jamaica, where he constructs and delivers authentic mixed sub-genres of Reggae music to an increasing captive audience.
Rose, whose main focus is to achieve Billboard presence and Grammy nomination within the next five years plans to do so by creating songs that are "uplifting to people's soul and consciousness". So far he is making steady progress towards becoming the top echelon, with artistes such as Chaos Whyte, whose debut album, "Just Words" which is being distributed by VP Records, has an ERP as its leading track, and is getting attention locally and from cloud tv streaming in Germany and India.

As the manager/ producer for an intimate group of rising artistes - Chaos Whyte, David Luther King, KallisDropanchor, Shorty Slikk, Mallchest, Lava B, S.I.R. - Rose has a catalogue of tunes that is currently stimulating the discriminating ear of music aficionados and music lovers worldwide. In his home country, Jamaica, the latest production by artistes such as Chaos and Mallcheck is receiving heavy rotation on local FM radio stations like as Bess, Roots and Mello. In addition to the local stage, Rose's production is amassing a growing audience in the global platform, crossing geographic and cultural barriers as well as online.
Radio stations in countries such as the UK, Belgium, Germany and Japan are introducing the deep rhythmic psycho-physiological relief, that dancehall is known for in Jamaica, to deliver equally potent effect to reggae and dancehall junkies worldwide who are bonded by the love of the rich Reggae culture.

The Riser Rhythm and and Message Riddim are the latest production of mixed artistes and sub-genres of Reggae music on the market via iTunes, CD distribution and sales. Both can be heard on any given day on any of the local radio stations and Reggae streaming online.
In addition, there's an aggressive use of social media such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google platform to promote the artistes and production. To date that has proven successful.

Rose is not daunted by the many challenges that have constantly beset his plans to realize his dreams from 1992 when he first started. "They only serve to make me stronger and better" he noted in reflection.

He frequently reminds himself of a song his mom would sing "The harder the battle, the sweeter the victory" as the assurance of success that awaits him.
