Born Diavallan E. Fearon on October 19, 1975 in Kingston, Jamaica, Dia Warrior has moved to revolutionize the music through his eccentric melodies completed with his futuristic insights into what he calls “Visionary Music”. This free vibe music is the heart and soul of Dia Warrior, he lends himself to all genres of music and can easily adapt to any and all environments musically. He is the son of one of Jamaica’s best piano tuner/musician/producer/composer, Dennis ‘Jah D’ Fearon, who is a constant source of his inspiration along with Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Busta Rhymes, R. Kelly, Shabba Ranks and Peter Cetera just to mention a few.
Being a musician from birth has only propelled Dia into doing great things with his vocal talents: deejay, sing, or even rap and at the same time being a hit maker and a Grammy Award / Juno Award winning Producer / Director of the hit movie Blind Shotta. As he continues to shape his destiny, through his love for music and film, Dia has released the album The Warrior in 2002 and two other albums in 2008 has is alter ego name Music Addict: Jamaica Rock and Musical Variations with collaborations with Etana, Anthony B, Cutty Ranks and includes the musical stylings of Earle ‘Chinna’ Smith and Seretse Small. These albums were produced, written and compiled by Dia Warrior himself and showcases his talent on multiple levels. Being the consummate musician: Rastafari love, energetic performer, revolutionary and has music for all occasions which he can easily pick from his plethora of recordings; Dia is ready to be heard. He is the avatar of beautiful mystical music, which the world needs to hear so be ready to be therapeutically tuned!
